A disclaimer
1. Course Cancellations by the Customer
If you need to cancel your training booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible at liftwelltrainingltd@gmail.com.
Refund Eligibility:
Notice Period Before Course Start Date - Refund Amount
More than 7 days - 100% refund
3–7 days - 50% refund
Less than 3 days - No refund
Alternatively, we may offer to reschedule your booking once, at no extra charge (subject to availability), if notice is given more than 72 hours before the course.
2. Non-Attendance or Late Arrival

If a candidate does not attend the course without prior notice, or arrives late and cannot join due to health & safety briefings being missed, no refund will be given.

In some cases, rebooking may be offered at our discretion with an admin fee.
3. Course Cancellations by LiftWell Training Services

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. instructor illness).

If we cancel a course, we will offer either:

A full refund, or
-
An alternative course date at no additional cost.

4. Substitutions
Candidate substitutions may be accepted up to 48 hours before the course begins. Please contact us to arrange.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
6. Special Circumstances
Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. bereavement, medical emergencies) will be considered individually. Proof may be required.
