1. Eligibility & Use of Website

• You must be at least 16 years of age to book a course.

• All information provided during enquiries or bookings must be accurate and up to date.

• You agree not to misuse the website or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Training Courses

• Course availability is subject to change without notice.

• Course placement is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a signed training agreement from our email address, liftwelltrainingltd@gmail.com (where applicable).

• You are responsible for ensuring you meet the course prerequisites. If you are unsure, please contact us.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Full payment is required prior to course commencement unless otherwise agreed.

• Refunds or rescheduling are available in line with our cancellation policy (see below).

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• If cancelled more than 7 days before the course, a full refund will be issued.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the course may incur a cancellation fee or be non-refundable.

• Candidate substitutions may be allowed – please contact us to arrange.

5. Certification & Expiry

• Successful candidates will receive a certificate valid for 3–5 years (depending on course type and accrediting body).

• We keep records of certification expiry and may contact you to offer refresher training ahead of expiry.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, course content, and branding on this website are the property of LiftWell Training Services Ltd and may not be reproduced, distributed, or reused without permission.

7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability

• We will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from misuse of equipment or non-compliance with health and safety procedures during training.

• Candidates are expected to follow all safety instructions and behave responsibly during training sessions.

10. Governing Law
